PRIORITY FIVE INITIATIVE (PFI) is a community-based organization working across Bungoma County, Kenya to promote inclusion, innovation, resilience, learning, and sustainable opportunity. Our five thematic areas aren't separate causes — they are one strategy for lasting community-led change.
Our vision is a generation of resilient, included, and empowered communities where displacement, digital exclusion, climate shocks, and limited opportunity no longer hold people back.
Our mission is to equip communities — refugees, youth, and learners alike — with practical skills, protection, and pathways to opportunity, delivered through hands-on, locally led programs.
